Homemade jam with caramelized pumpkin fibers. This is how this traditional sweet is made
En las faldas del Pirineo se encuentra Aguilar (Huesca), un pequeño pueblo perteneciente al municipio de Boltaña. En este núcleo, Angelines Briceño elaboraba en el año 2011 diferentes mermeladas y confituras artesanales para las que utilizaba productos de temporada de su huerto ecológico. En esta jornada me elaboró cabello de ángel con una variedad de calabaza llamada cidra.
